All dbz fans remember this fight from the beginning of the buu saga where videl, gohan's girlfriend who he met at high school and became close to her while preparing for the tournament, was up against spopovich, a fighter who was mind controlled by babidi at the time to gather energy to. Also not a particularly big fan of gohan as a character though, so it's interesting to me that i find him the most compelling when i overall feel like the story is at its lowest points haha. So despite the buu saga considered to be the weakest arc in the original dragonball, many people seem to like the beginning of it where gohan is in highschool/being the great saiyaman

Videl snapping the guy's neck was just as brutal (if not more so), showing a rare form of savagery and true consequences of the tournament given at this point that death no longer acts as a deterrent Even though the arcs are my least favorite points in dbz, i think gohan's best looks overall (both hair style and fashion) are in the late android/cell saga with the short hair and bangs + the buu saga look But sure, just because videl was a woman let's chalk it up as problematic.

(and that's before gohan taught videl about chi energy, at which point videl immediately shot past chi chi in this regard.) Crossplay alternate costumes (they were hinted to be planned for the first game via datamining plus videl has an alternate outfit) missing characters (raditz, dabura, pikkon, toppo, etc Are all highly requested characters with great moveset potential that didn't make the cut)
